Clouded Transitions

Part 1 
Ochiedike Jonathan :
My heart beats in the dark,
Dark like the time of Noah's ark.
Do I worry so much?,
Or do I need not to have my heart intact?
 What's a world so blue?
Filled with plague and flu.
 For if I end my life 
At my funeral, what would you do?.


Part 2 
Oboh Debhorah :
If I die today, know I killed myself.
I held unto my pains and tried to shut the doors of my sorrow.
I'm only true to myself when nobody is watching.
Smiling while my heart bleeds is my new talent , I yet discovered.
I should be an actor but one whose story ends in shame.
 For how long would I carry a heavy heart ?.
"A life I did not create ".
 When i die , 
burn my body to ash ,
Throw my ashes into the sea
and,
Give me freedom .
"Freedom" A wish that only death can grant me.

While growing up as a child Mother always said, Look up . don't talk when a man speaks.  Feed your husband with good food. Give your husband your body when he asks  Because he owns it .  I thought love was suffering that I mistook a man's stupidity and pride for love.  Because I didn't know the meaning of love.  I thought love was me loosing myself to please him.  What in the world is love exactly?, isn't love sex and food ?.
